It is only natural for those of us on the conservative/libertarian side of the political fence to feel a bit glum at the moment. Big government everywhere seems on the rise. Here in Australia the fiscal vandalism of the Rudd Government is unparalleled in our history. Things seem bleak indeed.
However – there is reason for hope! For optimism! Definite proof that here in Australia we shall triumph!
How do I know this? Easy – the Babe Theory Of Politics. To put it simply – we have all the hot girls.
The Babe Theory of Politics was first articulated by PJ O’Rourke in Parliament of Whores:
“Best of all, there were hardly any beautiful women at the [Housing Now!] rally. I saw a journalist friend of mine in the Mall, and he and I purused this line of inquiry as assiduously as our happy private lives allow. Practically every female at the march was a bowser. “We’re not being sexist here,” my friend insisted. “It’s not that looks matter per se. It’s just that beautiful women are always on the cutting edge of social trends. Remember how many beautiful women were in the anti-war movement twenty years ago? In the yoga classes fifteen years ago? At the discos ten years ago? On Wall Street five years ago? Where the beautiful women are is where the country is headed,” said my friend. “And this,” he looked around him, “isn’t it.
Essentially, what this theory states is that“Where and when there are hot babes, an exponential number of men will show up. If 100 cute girls with voluptuous bodies are protesting for freedom, you can count on a thousand men being there as well. If sexy babes are involved in a peaceful political movement, it has a far greater chance of succeeding. If there are no good-looking women involved, the odds of a successful (and peaceful) movement fall dramatically.”
Well – judge for yourself – I present to you, the conservative and libertarian girls of Australia!

UPDATE: Welcome to all the Andrew Bolt and Andrew Landeryou readers. Apologies that I haven’t written much recently – have been traveling the last few weeks and been unable to post, so stick around, and I’ll try to ensure many more interesting posts will make it worth your while!
UPDATE 2: I should point out that, living overseas and all, I no longer hold any office in the Liberal Party, nor within the Young Liberals or Liberal Students. My opinions on this blog are purely my own as an individual and no inference about the Liberals Party should be drawn from it.
UPDATE 3: Once again, my apologies to all the new readers of my blog that I have little substantive comments up at the moment. My in-depth criticism of the Liberal Party’s recent big-government stance and pro tax-and-spend initiatives will be written shortly. But do stick around, and constructive criticism is always welcome!
UPDATE 4: To all who disapprove, do us all a favour and grow a humour bone. I mean really.
UPDATE 5: Please, for the love of God, do realise that this post is little more than some light-hearted humour. The consent of everyone involved was obtained, everybody involved got the joke, and this isn’t some new Liberal recruitment ploy etc. So lighten up & enjoy this in the spirit in which it was written! And to my friends in the media, please, do contact me before you start contacting others about this. Bit of courtesty like that never goes astray…

Interesting! Have added this site to my blogroll …
May 19, 2009 at 10:45 pm
I agree with you on this one, hell look at my little Ms Liberal http://sethlord.wordpress.com/2009/03/19/apparently-nerdy-girls-are-hot/
May 19, 2009 at 10:45 pm
Tim, you are fucking disgusting.
May 19, 2009 at 10:53 pm
Gabe, perhaps you are just a little jealous that your picture isnt up there…
May 19, 2009 at 10:59 pm
Tim, I hope you got permission for these to go up first! hahaha.
May 19, 2009 at 11:03 pm
I did ask permission from all involved yes
May 19, 2009 at 11:08 pm
“The Right” ???
There are two things here that betray a political or ideological bent:
(a) a copy of Atlas Shrugged by the notorious Ayn Rand.
(b) the level of self respect and modesty (or lack thereof) in many of these girls.
Children, neither libertarianism nor libertinism are particularly “Right”… if these are exponents of modern conservatism down-under, God help us.
(Oooops, sorry “Ms” Rafael, for using that disturbing “G” word)
May 19, 2009 at 11:12 pm
On select occasions I have reason to call you a genius. This is one of them. Thank you for making the right sexy again.
May 19, 2009 at 11:30 pm
Who is Henry? He sounds like a twat.
Is it Josh Armstrong or Chris Rath in disguise?
May 19, 2009 at 11:38 pm
indeed there are some hot chicks there!
where is Natasha Maclaren…??
May 19, 2009 at 11:42 pm
is there going to be a male-version of this?
….
May 19, 2009 at 11:45 pm
I wouldn’t want my Joshie Poo-Poo pimped out for all the ladies but if it was to encourage members I do think he’d look good in a pair of budgie smugglers. Don’t you all agree?
May 20, 2009 at 12:04 am
Andrews your logic is irrefutable.
May 20, 2009 at 12:04 am
Add them to the American equivelant site http://www.libhotties.com/
May 20, 2009 at 12:18 am
That’s it, I’m moving to Queensland!
May 20, 2009 at 12:29 am
Must bone up on my research in this area post-haste *raises glass* Sabine.W and Lauren.M can be my research assistant anyday! Woof!
May 20, 2009 at 1:14 am
The two Andrews have given this some attention today, Andrews.
I wonder if Bolt really is as “shocked” as he makes out. I bet he beats off to these pics when YouPorn is down.
May 20, 2009 at 1:14 am
Obviously this is a joke site. I merely indicated that if this is the type of character that will lead future “conservatism”, you may as well all become liberals in the American sense of the word. What next? A gallery of assorted but-munchers?
May 20, 2009 at 1:34 am
Whoever Henry is he lacks the intellectual calibre or character to put together a decent insult.
Idiocy is generally the number one trait in fascists. Inability to let others have a good time is the second.
Shouldn’t you be organising little boys for your priests to fuck Henry?
May 20, 2009 at 1:37 am
[...] Good way to waste 5 minutes. [...]
May 20, 2009 at 1:39 am
Also, Henny darlin. Right tends to mean believing in a lack of intervention. Left is the opposite.
So you can take your warmed over trotskyite fetishes about controlling the lives of everyone around you and kindly go fuck yourself.
Right in fucking name only, that’s for sure.
May 20, 2009 at 1:44 am
Well, seems little Nolan needs to have his nose wiped. BTW : the first person to mention fascists, nazis or Hitler in any debate these days usually betrays his own desperation – he loses his argument on the spot.
Oh, and far be it for me to deny you any “good times” bud… I wouldn’t mind drilling any number of those girls on this list, concurrently or consecutively – question is, I wonder if they consented to have their images plastered here by that Arch-tit Tim Andrews? (a man notorious for putting up everybody’s photos on his facebook page… hmmm… libertarianism, intellectual property, copyright and individual privacy… I wonder if there is a connection, or are you chipper lads just really that dense.)
May 20, 2009 at 1:46 am
Mr. Henry,
You will be pleased to know that all persons featured on the page did agree to being published here (of course, not that it matters the photos being public domain and all).
As for the rest of you, seriously children, do settle down. Rather unbecoming to have a public spat like this…
May 20, 2009 at 1:55 am
Oooo, Nolan. I got you going haven’t I?
Actions have consequences billy-boy. Realising that is the first step to understanding right-wing philosophy. Dress like a slut and you get treated that way. It has nothing to do with “telling people how to lead their lives”, it’s simple common sense. It’s the common sense knobjockeys like yourself just don’t get.
Strange, people like you are constantly surprised when, for example, women today get drunk (as is their right) dress provocatively (as is their right) go out with Neanderthals (as is their right) late at night (as is their right) and then, shock horror, get raped and murdered.
That’s libertarianism right there for you. “I’m autonomous” … “it’s my right” … sure it is honey, go right ahead. I’m just saying, don’t come running to me when you get jizzed by Mr Right Now. Actions have consequences. I’m not telling you how to lead your life, go and abort yourself to death of all I care, I’m merely pointing out that you’re lifestyle is childish at best and unsustainable at worst. If you find that offensive, I guess you can just go piss up your nose pindick. Your gripe is not with me, it’s with reality.
Oh, and what’s with the religious gibe? Do I have to be Christian to be conservative? Or is that just another bizarre criteria you’re using to judge people’s politics?
May 20, 2009 at 1:56 am
You know I can’t think of a single person that could make it into a ‘hot libertarian/conservative guys’ thread.
…except for myself of course! Okay maybe not.
ps, am I not as intelligent as I pretend to be or is Henry not making much sense. Particularly the first post. I’ll be damned if I can figure out what the fuck he is talking about. SOMEBODY HELP JACOB!
May 20, 2009 at 2:06 am
[...] How the right will triumph in Australia: Hot Guys! So finally the promised collection of right wing young female skinhas been unleashed onto a very suspecting public. [...]
May 20, 2009 at 2:09 am
Dear Henry,
Thank you for your very kind consideration at the indeed disturbing use of the “G” word. Suffice it to say, however, your presence and ostensibly noble defence of our virtues is emphatically neither requested or required, thank you ever so.
Besides, we all know that libertarians do it better.
May 20, 2009 at 2:10 am
Actually I change my mind, that last post from Henry is hilarious.
May 20, 2009 at 2:12 am
Henry’s last post is fucking incredible. I’m smelling sockpuppet.
Do you post on whirlpool a lot Henry?
May 20, 2009 at 2:18 am
Jack:
What makes the people featured in the list “Right”? The only evidence of social-political leanings I could gather is (a) the book, which appears twice, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same prop passed on for the sake of the snap, and (b) the disposition of those featured in the pictures, many of which clearly manifest a hedonist and promiscuous mind-set (not all, I concede).
The point I was making is that the reductionist understanding of what it means to be “Right” (a la Nolan) is grossly misleading. If it is merely the complete lack of intervention, then anarchy is “right wing”… which it clearly is not because the idea of liberty is very important to conservative thought; there is no liberty in an anarchic society because human rights are reciprocal (we do after all live in communities) which they can’t be under either anarchy or a population of totally autonomous individuals.
The fact that we do live in a community cannot be denied – psychologically, self-worth and self-esteem are reinforced by the way our peers view and interact with us – which makes the exceptions so peculiar (from ascetic hermits to nut cases like the Unibomber). Since we do live in a community and interact with people, there are certain rules (customs and traditions) that have grown (or evolved, if you will) out of this over time. They are suppose to allow people to negotiate their lives in a safe productive manner. Burke and the Traditionalists talk about “prejudice and prescription”… Hence the taboo over female promiscuity and prejudice in favour of marriage and against out-of-wedlock birth… of course, libertarians will consider these “oppressive constructs” and attempts to “tell people how to lead their lives” when in fact it’s just common sense – collective wisdom over time (another Burkean reference).
Perhaps if people here read a little further than Ayn Rand, they might have a better concept of this. For what it’s worth, I suggest Russel Kirk, particularly, The Conservative Mind.
May 20, 2009 at 2:19 am
Russell Kirk and Ayn Rand are both worth reading I would suggest…
May 20, 2009 at 2:21 am
Catriona Rafael,
I have it on good authority that your virtue, what’s left of it, is quite indefensible.
Go club a whale, Babylon.
May 20, 2009 at 2:30 am
If society is held together by its institutions and we are meant to defer to the authority of the institutions then why does your particular brand of Conservative have such an issue with the consensuses of science, Henners?
May 20, 2009 at 2:31 am
Henry,
Babylon?
May 20, 2009 at 2:32 am
I like what I see and would not be tempted to turn off the television if any of them appeared as representatives of the Federal and/or State Liberal Parties; unlike Julia Gillard the ‘Crowing Hen’ http://www.alien2324au.addr.com/ACrowingHen.htm
they are 21st century ‘ladies’.
May 20, 2009 at 2:37 am
And hey, I rather like my indefensible virtue. Makes life a bit more fun, eh?
May 20, 2009 at 2:41 am
Wow – Nolan got SMASHED by Henry.
That has got to be one of the all time great online takedowns.
May 20, 2009 at 2:46 am
He did, Matt? I’ve got my microscope out and I can’t see it.
May 20, 2009 at 2:47 am
” I’ve got my microscope out and I can’t see it.”
I’m sure Nolan is used to hearing that alot from you,
May 20, 2009 at 2:50 am
Hahahaha wow, you’ve sure got the “Old and Tired Insults” book out! Try again, eh? Once more, with feeling!
May 20, 2009 at 2:51 am
tits like bin lids!
…how did she make the list..????
May 20, 2009 at 3:00 am
Let me comment on the “quality” of the quite liberal (in appearance) girls
Lauren McKenzie – Looks like she’s 12 – Didnt know you were into kiddy porn Tim…
Abigail Shead – Is this a photo from the Daily Telegraphs “Inside Brothels” piece from today. She looks like a slapper of great proportions. She looks like she’s had more d*cks than bdays.
Eleni Petinos – Where did you recruit her from? The Brazilian Showgirls float from the 2009 Sydney Mardi Gras?
Laney McLaren – Since when did a Ranga make the top 10 in anything? Again, another case of cradle snatching…she looks like she’s just graduated from primary school.
Sonia Lipski – I think this photo speaks for itself. “I can’t make it in modelling so I’ll go into Ms Australia – lose and now my life has come to dancing on poles”
Elisabeth Davies – Black and White photo – always means they are compensating for something. Nice smile, but the fringe? WTF. Volunteer for the Cancer Council and get rid of it please.
Sasha Uher – Wow, Give me the pearls and the lion any night of the week over her. Her snarl is worse than any lion I’ve seen.
Gemma Brooks – Another slapper to add to your collection tim. In fact Im amazed the half decently dressed ones here agreed to have their photos beside such trash.
Jaimi Primrose – In the okay basket. But with this list Im definitely heading to the “5 items or less” counter to be served.
Jessica Adelan – She seems to be enjoying this lap dance. Does she work with Abigail?
Catriona Rafael – Hahahaha Hot list. She looks like death warmed up! Dracula’s wife.
Lucy Haywood – At least someone on this list has some class. That makes 2 I approve of.
Sabine Wolff – Some decency please. Think of the whales…they didnt mean to beach themselves. You’ve actually made the decision to wear something that makes you look like Amanda Vanstone.
Michelle Crips & Sophie Holman – Geez, the one on the right looks down-syndrome, and she wouldnt even make Ralph’s disabled top 200. The one on the left looks like Elaine from Sienfield, so she can stay.
Lauren Jennifer Callahan – “Social Officer” for what? The Gothic Club? Seriously, clean yourself up and wear something to cover the cuts on your wrist.
Jasmine Curcio – No perspective in the shot, so hard to rank. Lucky.
Whittney Jago – Dress sense okay. But great choice of photo, conveniently cover your face. You can’t hide forever. But for now, you survive.
I seriously hope version two provides for what I thought the Libs may have to offer…elegant, smart, sophisticated….who was I kidding…
May 20, 2009 at 3:18 am
Jeez, Ralph, you need to get laid.
May 20, 2009 at 3:26 am
I agree, Ralph. The hottest woman ever to be in the Libs was Amanda Vanstone.
May 20, 2009 at 3:49 am
May I offer a suggestion for Part II.
Here’s a former young liberal Elisabeth Davies, now Malcolm Turnbull’s media assistant.

Nolan: “If society is held together by its institutions and we are meant to defer to the authority of the institutions then why does your particular brand of Conservative have such an issue with the consensuses of science, Henners?”
First, what exactly do you mean by my “brand” of conservative? Second, institutions are an outwardly expression of that which holds society together. The adhesive “thing” itself that you’re referring to is probably culture. But a culture is shared and one interacts according to its terms. It’s also a product of social interaction over time, and organic process over generations whereby relationships that work are passed on and those that don’t wither and die (example: this is why all successful societies have a culture that is monogamous and patriarchal and where personal property rights are enforced collectively if need be).
No binding culture, no society. That’s precisely what’s happening with (a) radical individualism, and (b) mass immigration. Just look at the US and Western Europe. ”Society” there is increasingly a formal concept only, it’s becoming less and less organic, i.e. less and less voluntary. That’s why “enlightened” “progressive” liberals always think that increased (formal) legal regulation is the answer to social dysfunction: hate crime laws, discrimination laws etc. They simply can’t think of any alternative solution because that would mean rejecting their cultural revolution (hmmm, where have I heard that term before…)
According to my “brand” of conservatism, where culture is shared and strong, it is voluntary and these formal legal instruments aren’t needed: people just behave in a particular way and life goes on. To bring us back to the example I used above: women are modest, and men are taught restraint and respect. Both of these ideas are fundamentally anti-libertarian, but they work. Just compare that to the abysmal way women treat themselves today and then complain that their menfolk follow suit. Like I said, this is just common sense. It’s reality. Wake up. Get with it.
Rafael: “Henry, Babyon?”
Yes, as in, noun, “whore of”, a Biblical reference I’m sure you will appreciate. Jezebel is also apt under the circumstances.
Rafael: “I’ve got my microscope out and I can’t see it.”
Probably ‘cause you’re looking for your Soul-Mate-of-the-Moment’s local member; and while we’re on that topic, I note he hasn’t exactly confirmed that “libertarians do it better” as you so gracefully put it on a prior occasion. Trouble in paradise?
NEWS FLASH I can’t help but notice that Miss Davis’ image has been removed from this archive of eye candy. Was the removal based on aesthetic considerations, or something altogether different? I guess working for the Federal Opposition Leader means one’s Internet presence must be a little more discreet. Oh the lack of freeeeeedom!!!
May 20, 2009 at 3:52 am
P.S.
Please delete the nasty comments from the jealous lefties.
May 20, 2009 at 4:08 am
Whore of Babylon? Hey, that’s a new one. I like it!
May 20, 2009 at 4:11 am
Market forces just vomited a little in their mouth.
May 20, 2009 at 4:11 am
The problem with Eleni Petinos is that despite being attractive she has the cognitive ability of a wet carrot, and the few minutes that I wasted talking to her once during a UNSW O-Week will never be replaced.
May 20, 2009 at 7:16 am
Tim,
I enjoyed this very much. I commend the girls for taking part in an amusing story.
However, I do feel a little ripped off/a little short changed. Where are the pics of the cute guys in the Liberal Party?
The Liberal Party is all about equality Tim and I think the girls in the party deserve to drool over some cute liberal guys
May 20, 2009 at 7:32 am
Normally Tim I think you’re on the mark with most things, but perhaps you probably should also put down that a lot of them are very politically capable, and pretty at the same time.
Although I do have disagreements with some of them every so often, it would be a shame to have them simply tagged as having a pretty face and then to have people think that’s the only reason why they get promoted.
I’m sure Tim doesn’t think that, hopefully no one else does.
Also I’m not Henry, but he does have some good one-liners lol
May 20, 2009 at 7:40 am
Don’t worry Gabe, Tim has assured me his next article will be on the biggest slappers of the Liberal Party. You’re a shoe in for sure then
May 20, 2009 at 7:44 am
I get the feeling this discussion isn’t really about the post anymore.
At least henry has become interesting.
May 20, 2009 at 7:56 am
Ahh how Augustus longs for the good old days of Rebel Neary and Georgina Inwood…Oh Yeah!!!!!!!
Wait a second, I have two questions;
First, since when are conservative/libertarian on the same side of the political divide?
Second, since when does Tim Andrews like girls?
May 20, 2009 at 8:07 am
If you’re a libertarian and you can’t see your own brain, does it really exist and if God doesn’t exist, then why is He laughing at you?
May 20, 2009 at 8:08 am
Augustus – that’s what MRIs are for!
May 20, 2009 at 8:23 am
Hey Marty, 20 cents ain’t gonna cover it…but then again, neither will a garbage can lid.
May 20, 2009 at 8:28 am
MRI’s are so you can see God?
May 20, 2009 at 8:30 am
Augustus is glad to see rodent droppings amongst the posts on this blog. Welcome home son.
May 20, 2009 at 9:01 am
Perhaps Henry and Ralph should move to Saudi Arabia. Perhaps the women there would be more to their liking.
May 20, 2009 at 9:09 am
Henry and Ralph – you two are disgusting examples of all that is wrong with the world. With your moralistic and self righteous attitudes you two should be ashamed of yourselves. The manner in which you speak about women is both degrading and embarrassing to all those that have read them.
I only hope that the readers of this blog do not take your opinions to be indicative of all males. Unlike you two pieces of filth, we’re not all as morally decrepit as the two of you.
One can only wonder if in fact one of these beautiful women perhaps rejected your advances and as such, left you bitter and twisted.
May 20, 2009 at 9:18 am
Abigail is hot
May 20, 2009 at 9:20 am
Why isn’t my moonface on this list? She’s the hottest Lib of them all.
